For team one, I would think Selvin Young is a pretty good option depending on what Shannahan is going to do with him. He has a 5.7 YPC as opposed to the 4.3 from Henry, so my guess is their hand is forced in terms of using the better back. Houston is pretty bad against the rush as well. He's also averaging just over 2 catches per game, so he's much more active than Henry in the passing game.
