The good thing is that Gruden is likely one-and-done after the season. I don't mind him when he actually talks about football and the X's and O's and such, but when he's choking on everyone's wood every week it reminds me of Dierdorf fawning over everyone.
You can tell the guy wants back in as a coach because he's not willing to throw anyone under the bus, ever. He doesn't want to burn any bridges and lose his next gig.

Lol yea Juaron has to go, but I don't think chuckie is the guy. After all, the Bills don't already have a super bowl caliber team in place like TB did when he took over there. It's no coincidence IMO that Dungy went to Indy and win a SB there not long after chuckie won one with his players in TB.
The guy I'd love to see on charge in Buffalo would be Bill Cowher. I love his way of coaching and his style of play fits playing in Buffalo's bad weather very well. But of course if he comes back, I'm sure there will be plenty of teams wanting him and even if Buffalo is interested, they won't make the investment and he'll end up somewhere like Washington or Dallas who will
