Default Does Cinci have anything to play for??

With New England losing doesn't that mean if Cinci wins they are #3 seed instead of the number #4 seed??

That sounds like something to play for in my eyes.

I am hearing conflicting info??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The NFC playoff picture is set, and the AFC’s is close but will ultimately be settled when the Jets host the Bengals in the Sunday night game. Here’s where we currently stand in both conferences:

In the NFC …

New Orleans and Minnesota captured the top two seeds, respectively, and the first-round byes that come with them. In the divisional round of the playoffs on Jan. 16-17, the Saints will host the lowest remaining seed from the wild-card round and the Vikings will host the highest remaining seed.
Dallas won the NFC East and the conference’s No. 3 seed by beating Philadelphia, and will host the sixth-seeded Eagles in the wild-card round next weekend.
Despite losing to Green Bay, Arizona finished as the No. 4 seed and, in a rematch from Sunday, will play host to the fifth-seeded Packers in the wild-card round.
In the AFC …

Indianapolis and San Diego go into the playoffs as the top two seeds, respectively. In the divisional round of the playoffs, the Colts will host the lowest remaining seed from the wild-card round and the Chargers will host the highest remaining seed.
Cincinnati will either be the third or fourth seed. If the Bengals beat the New York Jets tonight, they will eliminate the New York Jets and be the No. 3 seed, hosting sixth-seeded Houston next weekend in the wild-card round. If the Bengals lose tonight, they will drop to the fourth seed and host the fifth-seeded Jets.
Baltimore, which beat Oakland, clinched a playoff berth and eliminated Pittsburgh in the process. The Ravens also locked themselves into a wild-card date with New England. If the Bengals beat the Jets, the Ravens will be the fifth seed and travel to play the fourth-seeded Patriots. If the Jets beat the Bengals, Baltimore drops to the sixth seed and will travel to New England, which would capture the third seed.
The Texans, who defeated the Patriots 34-27, need the Jets to lose to clinch a playoff spot. Houston, in that scenario, would slide into the No. 6 seed and travel to Cincinnati next weekend.

Default cincy is locked into the 3 spot

i think

however wouldn't you think that LARRY JOHNSON will get some touches ( that's a pretty good backup ) BERNARD SCOTT will play some ( pretty good backup )

9.5 pts seems like a lot to me , regardless of CINCY having something to play for or not

i'm leaning towards NATTI and the points

Lots of pressure for JETS ....

Cincinnati stinks. If that was supposed to be a "good defense" I saw getting pushed around like little girls last night, I don't wanna see a bad one, and their offense had no answers for anything the Jets did either.

Fireman Ed or whatever his name is could have run for 100 yards thru the holes that line was opening up in the porous Bungles D.

Wow
