Week 17 is alway tough, but after much anticipation the Playoffs are here. I have two picks this weekend. First, my system has the Lions losing by less than a touchdown in New Orleans. I have five picks for the Divisional Playoff matchups this weekend. Per my Power Rankings, the 49ers are the best team in the NFL with the 2nd most efficient offense and the 1st most effective defense. Today's matchup against the Saints will be a challenge, but the wrong team is favored. For the first time this season, I will be picking the 49ers at +3.5 for 2 Units and pairing it with a 1 Unit Pick on the 49ers moneyline at +165. Look for the 49ers to squeek out a victory at home. Super Bowl Sunday is finally here, and my system has one HUGE 5 Unit Pick on tap. I am shocked that the public isn't pouring money on the Patriots in this situation. My system has this game capped at Patriots -6 with a total of 51.5. All season, analysts have bashed te Patriots defense, but according to my ratings the Patriots have the second most effective defense in the NFL. They may give up more yards than any other team, but the end result is ok. The Giants defense isn't has effective, and their offense isn't very efficient. Look for the Patriots to win by 7+ points today with Tom Brady throwing for at least 3 touchdowns. Good luck and enjoy the game!
