Home opener for Philly, Brieres home debut, I still think that New York is more of the scrappy, feisty type team, who will have to fight hard to win all games. I just don’t think they have enough firepower to keep up what they have been doing. The Islanders have to have one of the slowest defensive units in the entire league; I’m looking for Briere and co. to exploit that, backed with the home crowd. Islanders are also playing there6th game in 9 nights. Philly has lost 5 straight games to the Islanders, including the last 4 meetings against the Isles at home.
