Habs/Bruins u 5.5 @ -123 to win 1 unit

Huet seems to be in a zone right now and the bruins are neither high scoring nor are they going to give up a lot of goals with their defensive system. These ole traditional rivalry games don't get run up very often and the way these 2 teams play I am not expecting it tonight either. Should be a hard fought game and im looking forward to it.

Flames - 123 to win 1 unit

No respect for the flames here. San Jose lays the boots to the preds and they're back? Um so did Calgary so did Phoenix, that win doesn't mean anything to me. The sharks were alive for less than half a game vs the canucks and if not for a 5 minute brain cramp by the nucks were deserving a loss in that game and then lost to detroit. The sharks will have to prove to me that they are back to top form before im backing them for this short an amount when I can get a dominant home team for a discounted rate instead. The flames have had their early season struggles but they're a team that's quietly gotten points in 5 of their last 5 games, 4 of them W's. Not the toughest competition but putting that string together does wonders for the confidence. Kippers played enough games that he's starting to shake the rust. The sharks have played the flames tough but not overwhelmingly strongly in Calgary. Flames are on a roll, have a history of dominance over the sharks in calgary and im not convinced the sharks are playing up to what they're capable of yet, so for those reasons I'll take the home team on the cheap tonight.
