Two plays tonight and although at first the line looked really off on the Carolina game after looking a little closely it doesn't look so bad.


Carolina -115 1 Unit
At first this looked a little too good to be true as Carolina has played well on the road and against strong teams while Florida has been a little up and down. I was expecting this to be open around 130 and when it didn't I initially leaned to Florida. But after looking at Carolina's recent lines on the road this is right in line with where they have been and I expect them to continue their strong play and beat Vokoun who has been very shaky lately.

Chicago/Dallas Under 5 +110
Series trends point to under, Dallas' play trends to low scoring game and Chicago typically falls in line with opponent. After the 3rd period collapse last game I expect a complete effort out of Dallas and although the totals listed have 5 started strong on the overs the unders have been coming back lately. I like this one to continue it.
