Philly powerplay was the story last night, 5-5 they did not look good and for the most part there powerplay looked **** but managed to score 3. Sounds wierd but Philly did not play well and the Islanders were actually pretty good, if they didnt take so many stupid penalties it would have been much closer. For that reason im not playing Pitt tonight cuz i see NYI being a spoiler down the stretch, might not happen tonight but dont wanna take a chance with a big fave on the road.

Today's Plays:
1. Montreal Canadiens ML -130 (2 Units)
Ottawa owns the habs so far this season but other than the 6-1 pasting on Feb 9 all the other games have been close. Huge game for these two who are fighting for 1st in the division. Home ice and revenge factor put my on Montreal.

2. Minnesota Wild/Edmonton Oilers OV 5½ +110 (2 Units)
Only one of there 6 games this season have been under 6 and that was the first matchup of the season. The way the Oilers have been scoring at will lately and the fact they cant keep it out of their net either puts me on the over.

3. Edmonton Oilers ML +114 (2 Units)
Scoring in bunches lately, while Rollie hasnt been the same this year has won 4 of 5 and gaining confidence while trying to led the Oilers back into the playoffs. Being only 3 points out and at home this game is huge in there chances at making the final spot.

4. Colorado Avalanche ML -135 (2 Units)
With the Oilers playing well and gaining fast the Aves need a huge home win against the up and down Flames. Really not playing well lately but should have a lot of motivation with a nice home croud and the return of Forsberg.
