Tocchet wants the bolts to play uptempo, teams happy Melrose is gone. Carolina never saw a chance to freewheel that they didn't like. Lots of chances on net, plenty of goals.

damn teams, canes showed nothing in the third and the bolts are awful, chance after chance and not even close. Ward didn't steal a point for the canes the bolts gave the canes a point with their inability to close a game.
