5-0 last time out.......another chalkie chalkie day today but sometimes that's the way it goes especially early in the season. I really don't see a lot of dogs i like to win outright today.....

STL -147.......2Units.......STL was in a really bad spot in their last game coming back off that stupid trip to Europe (still not sure what good that does). STL has won 10 of L13 at home versus LAK and Mason is 5-2 with a 1.66 GAA lifetime with 4 SO's versus them. The LAK hit the road for the first time this season and were just awful on the road last year. They have also been getting awful goaltending giving up a league worst 4.33 GPG. STL should be refocused tonight and i expect a good effort from them. You also have a PP in STL that is top 10 at 33.3 percent going up against the WORST PK in the league at an amazing 36%....36 freeking percent. I expect a nice win for STL tonight. First 2 Unit play of the year.

STL Over3.....1Unit.........probably shouldn't double dip like this but with the PP/PK matchup in this one and the LAK defensive sieve to start the season (plus now on the road) i will give it a shot.

I would like to play PHI and fade ANA b2b in PHI and NYR but not sure about Emery at this point. Also, for such a large card i really don't see a whole lot that i like right now. The totals are juiced and I'm still trying to figure out pretender versus contender from some of these teams like Atlanta, Phoenix, Colorado....and if some of these teams really are that bad like Tampa, Toronto....and then what's the deal with a couple of teams that have looked awful at times...like Boston and Detroit

Love the blues tomorrow too that was the one that immediately jumped out at me.

Bolts tempt me, thinking of riding them and if they lose chasing them into their next game with florida. The bolts have played a couple good games in a row and have 2 solid talented lines, catching the canes on a b2b on a small price tag and hungry for a win at home for Tocchet.

Not dying for a piece of any of that chalk thats sitting out there right now either.

Looking over a few more but waiting on goalie info to trickle in before I decide if I wanna lock in anything else.
