Ryan Palmer 60-1

Has had a miserable year so far but is playing better recently. He missed four putts from inside 4 feet. If he makes those he is tied with vijay. He is very capable of posting a low number like he did for his first win at Disney in 2004. There he shot a final round 62 to beat none other than Vijay Singh by 3 shots. If he makes some putts tomorrow he'll have a shot as VJ was a bit shaky on the back nine today.
