Any Tips for Sit N Gos (reccomended reading)

Hey everyone, I have been very unactive as of late due to schooling, but I have taken to playing Poker over Sports lately as my sports are not currently in play (hockey and Football). I played my First Sit N Go every yesterday and Im definitely hooked on them, I prefer them over the swing of Ring games, I only dable in low limit tables (3/6 is my poison lately) but I never consistently win, I do good, leave for the night come back and loose my earning form the other night and a few more.

As I read the best strategy for Sit n Go is to be super tight the first few rounds any books out there that expand on more strategy for Sit n Gos only, no plans for MTT right now..

I play in 9 man sit & go's and almost always cash.

It sounds somewhat unbelievable but it's true.

I employ a super tight strategy which also later allows me to steal a few blinds when I do have a decent hand or if position/remaining players is favorable.

It seems that out of every table there's usually 2 idiots, 2 players that aren't so good. Then that leaves 5 guys to go to war with for the top 3 paying positions.

It's gotten a bit harder as the competition seems to be better these days, but patience is surely virtue.

I'd also like to add that my luck is better in these tourneys at absolute poker, full tilt and bodog poker and worse at poker stars. PStars is loaded with good players. It's the best poker room on the net, but I'd rather play elsewhere if I wanted to win consistently.
