Buying Dinar

A friend was telling me about this "risky" investment! Can anyone explain to me how this investment will pay off!? I'm sure its a bullshit scam but I was just curious!

IMO, Its Not that "Risky"
A few years ago I purchased $2Million dinar @ $600usd. per 1mil dinar. Today's value is $838.00usd to 1 mil dinar.
The dinar should keep increasing in value, just be cautious who you buy the dinar from, there have been reports of many fakes being sold.
I also read a report a few months back, that the current dinar currency would be put out of circulation, and there would be another "new dinar" currency with lower denominations.
