That 24/7 show on HBO is totally screwing with my head. I'm so convinced Mayweather is going to win it's unreal. They brought in a sparring partner to face Floyd and they turned off the cameras and after the spar that dude was all bloodied up and Floyd was covered in the guy's blood. I'm going to put at least $500 on Mayweather and for a poor guy like me that's a lot of scrilla. I'm starting to think Oscar is going to get knocked out. Baldomir hadn't lost a fight in 6 years when he fought Mayweather and Baldomir was coming off a win against Arturo Gotti in Gotti's hometown and he crushed Arturo. Mayweather absolutely DESTROYED Baldomire. I think Mayweather is the real deal. I'm more excited for this fight than I am for the NBA Finals I can't believe it.

I'm picking oscar, hes had probably the best sparring/training partner possible in Sugar Shane. Oscar is used to this weigh, Floyd really isn't. Oscar hits harder, and Floyd isn't used to that, his chin is also suspect. Keep in mind, don't try to use "math" in fighting, its all about stylistic matchups. Just cause guyA beats guyB, and guyC lost to guyB, doesn't mean guyC can't KO guyA. lol that sounded funny.

One final note: this should be an awesome fight and I won be surprised which of them wins.

De La Hoya's best shot is to knock Mayweather out.

I like De La Hoya in this one, have for a long time.
You took the words right out of my mouth! Your right on the money with this one Raven. IMO the only value in this fight is with the props. If you like Floyd, take him to win by decision, its dropping fast though, ive still seen even money and some books +120. If you like Oscar take him by K.O. Ive seen it dropping but still around +350? There is no way Oscar will out box Floyd and win by decision, no way. There is also no way that Floyd will be able to K.O. Oscar! I personally think Floyd wins by decision but Oscar will be by far the strongest fighter Floyd has ever faced, and do we even know anthing about Floyd's chin? I cant ever remember him being hurt, let alone caught with a clean shot? My cheap ass was going to wait a week and catch the HBO replay but after watching their Hype shows, im in! Have to see this one! As much as I think Floyd will box Oscars ears off, I know damn well If Oscar Catches him he has the ability to hurt him....I think? I just cant keep from remembering those Bombs Oscar landed on Mayorga!! Granted, this is floyd, very, very hard to hit. My money will be on Floyd by decision but I sure as hell wont be surprised if Oscar K.O.s him. I CANT WAIT!!
GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!!

Where exactly does one place a $1 million bet? I always wondered that. I also would assume he got Floyd at -200 or thereabouts which means he's laying $1 million to win $500,000.

Does one guy betting $1 million affect all the casinos, either? I wouldn't think other casinos or offshores would adjust their lines just cause 50 Cent sucks Mayweather's cock (and promote his new song).

Interesting.

He would go through multiple sportsbooks at Vegas. (possibly even offshore books too).

The 24/7 shows are awesome, I wanna show them to my friends so they can fired up for the fight!

If any of you are betting on Floyd, I think the value is at him winning by decision -105. I can't see him KO'ing Oscar.

I'm tempted by this...
O DE LA HOYA BY KO, TKO, DQ
+520

Whatever I put on oscar straight up, I'll half that and put it on the KO prop.

Yea, just got done watching it. I had already decided on getting the fight but you have to love the 24/7 shows! I hope they do more of these in the future for "mega-fights" the inside look at the camps and getting to know the fighters better was perfect. Hats off to HBO for putting together some quality stuff. Damn I cant wait for this fight, I have been losing interest in boxing lately, especially the HW division but this is definately a shot in the arm for this sport! Doesnt get much better than this fellas, I sure hope the fight lives up to the HYPE!!
Good luck with your picks, Ill be on Floyd by decision, but a co-worker is trying to convince me of a set up? He thinks Oscar gets this one to set up HUGE rematch netting another 100 million bucks? Either way, I cant wait!!!

I'd half to agree with him on this one. Someone is going to get robbed and the public will demand a rematch.

We have a majority draw.
*Crowd Boo's*

I was pretty damn close.
If it wasn't for Jerry Roth (only one who gave the last round to Mayweather), it would have been a straight up draw and my score card would have been on point.

Just my thoughts on the fight.. I know almost nothing about boxing, and I didn't bet on it, I haven't placed a bet on anything since pinnacle closed down :(. I watched the fight at a bar and polled about 15 people beforethe fight, only 2 people picked Mayweather. I just wanted to say im not sure how to take Mayweathers Sombrero, and his shorts being a resemblence to the Mexican flag. I am torn between the thought "He's got a sense of humor and was just having fun and celebrating cinco de mayo" Then i think also, with him and his team all having the Mexican flag colors the sombrero, do you suppose this was a poly to get under de la hoyas skin.. almost so as to mock his nationality? Im not sure.. just wanted you alls thoughts.. im not sure which side of the scope I was thinking on was right

Also, I didn't walk away disappointed.. but im glad I dint throw down $50 on the fight (I did on my bartab :( )
