Caymen,

If this happened to me, I'd be pissed off too.

Email me your details. Account number, amount of checks, date requested, everything you can think of.

I'll send the info in and see if I can get any answers for you.

I just had a $2500 cheque from Pinnacle bounce. Anyone ever have a problem with them?

OK guys, I heard back from SB.com. This issue is confirmed but not their fault and they are working feverishly to fix it.

Per our marketing contact:

Apparently our largest check processor bailed on us, so not only are checks delayed,.but some also bounced (we have some affiliate ones that have too...). As you can appreciate, not good for business, but they are working on replacing the processor and getting the withdrawals moving again.

I'll keep you updated as well.

Stephen

While this is a major pain in the balls, they will fix it. This place is not underfunded by any means. Just a horrible hiccup that everybody is going to have to tolerate until fixed.

Thanks a lot Kevin. Can you keep us updated on this? I've got 5,000 on the line right now and can't afford not to get that money.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Tom,

Im 100% confident your money is ok. This is not the first processor issue to happen in the industry lately. This past 18 months has been rough for many.

I would think being as big as they are that they'd have backup plans in place though. It'll all fix itself, albeit not as fast as any of us would like to see.

There are plenty of other online sites not having any issues. Take 5Dimes for example. They process checks just fine and get you a check within a few days.

Just a few isolated issues with a few books out there.

Sucks but it'll pass.

homedawg when was the last time you processed a payout from sportsbook?

so to those who have spoken to the sportsbook ppl, what is the best way to go about things if you have $$ tied up in them right now, should you just wait and not even bother processing a withdrawal right now, or what? thx

I spoke to somebody that told me their looking at check processors and it could be 5 weeks.

I was also told wires are a possibility, but only for w/d's of 5k or more.
