Default BetPhoenix.Com Review? Information? Kevin?

So I'm lookin around for deals on sportsbooks right now, and I come across BetPhoenix which thankfully is one of the sites sponsors. The site is troubling me though, because it almost seems too good to be true.

If you look on their bonuses page, they say that they offer a 100% free play on deposits up to $200. If you deposit more than $200, the reload goes to 10% somehow which is really confusing me.

So I talk with their LiveChat. The girl I spoke with says that the 100% free play promotion is kinda like a new member promo. I asked her when it would end and she didn't know, but said it would be offered on reloads as well. So I told her it wouldn't make sense to deposit more than $200, because you could just keep depositing 200 every time and getting a free play every time you bust out.

My main question is if this is a legitimate site or not. I received a promo from another site introducing BetPhoenix not too long ago. They gave me $20 to every person who signed up in a free play. It just seems like this site is giving away way too much money and I really question its legitimacy about paying out.

I read somewhere that members should beware of websites that give ridiculous deposit bonuses, and to question the health of these site's finances. The fact that they can give 100% on every single reload is puzzling me.

Can you assure me that this site is legitimate? If any other members are using this site, can you give me a review or pros and cons of it? Seems like this site would save me a lot of money on deposits if I were to switch over.

I'm crossing over from Bookmaker and 5 Dimes. I like 5 dimes a lot, but no reload bonuses cuz apparently I'm up over my lifetime there. Bookmaker only offers a puny 10% reload compared to BetPhoenix.

If you could get back to me soon I would appreciate it. I'm really trying to deposit tomorrow for a game I like.

Howdy,

It is our site that indeed notes that if a book is giving away money that it could be a sign of trouble.

I'd be concerned if they were doing 100% bonuses for $1000 or more. A $200 for $200 deal is a hook to get you in the door. It also may be a match play, which is really a 50% bonus because once you wager the risk/lay amount disappears and only the win gets credited to your real cash acct.

What you need to get confirmation on is if they offer reduced juice -105 betting with that bonus. I do not believe that they allow the combination of both. It's one or the other.

I would also assume that they'd be ok with giving away a 100% bonus on a reup, as long as you have LOST your initial deposit.

They may be acting super aggressive because they got absolutely F'd when the season started and when most players signed up at the sportsbooks. You are probably not aware, but some russian outfit was producing ddos attacks (hitting a site oodles of hits at a time which creates a server overload and causes a site to time out or not show up at all) at the start of the season.

I spoke to people in the industry that I respect and they assured me that BetPhoenix is run by a group with a good name in the biz. I havent had any compaints yet either.

On a sidenote and to protect the integrity of our advertising, we secured an up front amount from them JUST IN CASE they crapped out. This would in turn allow us to throw a few bucks back to a handful of deposits should they have crapped out.

I'm probably putting my foot in my mouth, but if I were you I'd stay at 5dimes and forget about bonuses. At 5Dimes, you're playing with what is probably a top 3 book on the net in terms of the combination of security, options, and fast payouts. (Others I'd say that about: Pinnacle, TheGreek even though we don't advertise them, Bookmaker/DSI)

I personally am not a big fan of bonuses. Im a big fan of reduced vig, fast payouts and solid track record which is something that can only be built by years of operating with big integrity.

I personally think bonuses are for recreational guys who are looking to get some decent bang for their buck. Smaller players per se.

If you get a fat bonus and win big, some books will treat you like **** and try to get you to leave. This can include coming up with **** excuses to rescind bonuses (no ****, some fine print says if a book deems you a pro, they can snatch your bonus up without notice) and cut your limits down to as little as 25 bucks.

You noted that you win long term and 5dimes won't give you any reups. Your profile is one that if I were you, I'd skip bonuses and stick to books who are top rated.

Just my opinion.

On another note, I highly recommend ALWAYS reading the fine print at these places. We don't advertise any ****ty places that dupe players but it happens. Things change and there's no way we can keep up with being in the know. We try, but there's just so much going on it's hard to keep up.

To those others who are reading this, always feel free to ask questions. The only dumb questions is the one you didn't ask.

We can be emailed at predictem@hotmail.com as well.

- Kevin

By the way, if I was going to take advantage of any big bonus that's out there, the best one to do is the SportsInteraction deposit $116 get $116 free.

SIA is VERY old and secure, they ain't going anywhere.

Thanks so much for the information Kevin. I'll think about it. I was attempting to get parlay odds at SportsInteraction, and the lady didn't know what I was talking about. On top of being extremely slow.

Welcome to Sports Interaction chat! You are currently number 1 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 0 minute(s), 51 seconds. We will be with you shortly!

All Sports Interaction agents are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An agent will be with you shortly.

You are now chatting with 'Nahrin'

Your Issue ID for this chat is LTK152028910421X

Nahrin: Hi Nick! How may I help you?

you: hello nahrin

you: I'm having a hell of a time finding your parlay payoutrs

you: can u link me?

you: or tell me

you: i cant find them anywhere

Nahrin: Which parlay are you referring to? Can you give me the team names or bet IDs and date you placed them. I can look them up for you with those information.

you: Im not a member

you: I just wanted to know your standard payout

you: with -110 odds

you: for 2 games up to 12-15 or whatever the max is

Nahrin: I will be right back with the information.

Nahrin: Thank you for holding. The payout depends on specific teams and on the bet amount as well.

you: i understand nahrin

you: 2 teams should be 2.6 to 1

you: 3 teams should be 6-1

you: 4 teams should be 12-1

you: 5 teams 25-1

you: 6 teams 47-1

you: 7 teams 87-1

you: something like that

you: I've seen them as low as 10-1 for a 4 team

you: 20-1 for a 5 team

you: and 35-40 to 1 on a 6 team

you: I don't understand why it's so hard to find me a payout table

you: it's standard on most sportsbook's web sites

you: parlay/teaser payouts

Nahrin: Unfortunately, we don't have a set payout to different bets or different parlays as you have mentioned.

you: okay, then tell me

you: if i did a 6 game parlay

you: at -110 odds for $1

you: how much would it pay

Nahrin: Thank you for continuing to wait. I'll be with you in just a moment...

you: this is a simple question

Nahrin: Sorry about the delay, I had another client that I was responding to at the same time. However, the amount is 1.91, you will receive .91 on the $1

you: parlay 6 games nahrin

you: not 1 game

you: parlaying 6 games

Nahrin: You will get an overall bet price for the parlay and you just multiply by your bet amount to get the payout.

you: If you cannot answer my question, please forward me to another person, or a supervisor and let them see the chat

you: do you have a parlay calculator on the site?

Nahrin: I have answered your question Nick. Again the way we our payout is calculated is as I have just told you, the odds are from those 6 selections are multiplied by the bet amount to get the payout.

you: then please multiply them for me

you: 6 games at -110 odds

you: for $1

you: 6 games together, as a parlay

Nahrin: I have provided you with the formula and you can do the calculation Nick, I am not allowed to give any specific number as payout.

Nahrin: Is there anything else I can help you with?

FYI, I went ahead with the sportsinteraction signup and got my $116 bonus. Really regretting it though. Their e-check deposit went through without a problem. I really dislike their interface though. It's pretty bad. It doesn't allow you to review your wager. Once you hit place wager, it's in. When you put in your wager, it says how much it pays + the amount of your original wager, which I think is really dumb. Also, the max bet for the site is $2200, because they are a "recreational" site.

Also, are bookmaker and Diamond (2BetDSI) the same company? I actually owe Diamond money for one reason or another, but I've been depositing in bookmaker for the past couple of weeks now. Is there any risk of them confiscating my winnings if I do this?

Wow, that's some BAD customer service on their part. Sounds like maybe you got a real numbskull. I really don't know what to say LOL.

re: Bookmaker/DSI. They are under the same umbrella. We never really know who owns what, but I do know that a bunch of Costa Rica based sportsbooks have a "list" of people who have stiffed them/owe them money and I believe they share it with each other.

My answer to that ? would be YES, I do believe there would be some risk associated with playing at any of the books under their umbrella if you owe one of their "sisters" some loot. This may not be an issue until it's time to make a w/d.

That is pure speculation from a fairly conservative minded person.

Thanks for the heads up Kevin. I guess I won't be depositing in Bookmaker anymore, but I'm still scared because 5 Dimes is Costa Rican based as well. I'm considering trying out a new book, but I never realized that a lot of these books have such small wager limits. I coulda sworn I just read that the greek had 1000 limit on college fb or something.

I've been reading good things about Betphoenix, but I hear the software has been finicky. I'm just really tired of having deposit/wagering issues. These delays have seriously cost me during the past week. I've had my pick of the day ready to bet, but it takes so long to process my deposit that I have to go with my backup play and i end up losing.
