Yea, I've been taking advantage of their $200 free play on a $200 deposit. It's a nice free play, but I was real mad when the site went down for maintenance yesterday. Luckily I was able to get a hold of a live chat associate before the VCU game yesterday. She told me to call in, and after I had tried for like 30 minutes to get through, the livechat person put in my bet for me.

Today the site wasn't fully down, but had errors every time I tried to confirm my bet. Again, the livechat person put it in for me. It was a bit slow, but I imagine she was talking to a million angry customers at once.

I know it's not the best service, but you really can't beat basically a 50% bonus every time you bust out.

If you have a main book that's already funded though, I def wouldn't recommend switching.

We're getting complaints about them on this end as well.

Their site has had issues every since week 1.

They were having dos attacks which isn't their fault. Not sure what the issue is now.

They can't expect to retain clients with all the down time though. Hopefully things get better soon or we'll be forced to cut ties with them.

As for getting cold calls, change, I'd recommend changing your phone number on your account to a dummy number which should stop the calls.

It's unfortunate that their site has had so many issues. Reduced juice OR big match play bonuses are great for the players.

Doesn't do ya any good though if ya can't get in touch with them!
