Bad News for Colts: The Colts took a couple of hits today when they learned that WR Austin Collie and TE Dallas Clark are both likely to miss multiple weeks with injuries. - 10/21
Week 7 NFL Notes: Eagles WR DeSean Jackson will likely miss at least the next 2 games with a severe concussion. Chargers WR Malcolm Floyd and K Nate Kaeding are both expected to miss this week. This should mean big stats from Patrick Crayton. Claim him if he's available in your fantasy league! The Carolina Panthers have benched rookie QB Jimmy Clausen in favor of Matt Moore. Packers WR Jermichael Finley has been placed on the injured reserve list which means his season is done. Bucs RB Kareem Huggins tore his ACL on Sunday and is out for the year. Skins TE Chris Cooley suffered a slight concussion in Sunday's game and it's said to not be a serious one. Ravens S Ed Reed will be activated off the PUP list and play in Week 7. Lions QB Shaun Hill fractured his forearm Sunday and is out for at least a few weeks. Browns QB Colt McCoy is likely to start in Week 7.
Trade Deadline: The deadline is Tuesday. Rumors had Skins Albert Haynesworth being on the move but those rumors have been thwarted.

Week 6 Notes: The Rams quickly ended speculation about the possibility of them acquiring disgruntled WR Vincent Jackson by saying Tuesday that they're not interested. Vikings CB Cedric Griffin will miss the season with a torn ACL. He had just returned from a long stay in the IR with his other knee torn up. Bum deal. Bears QB Jay Cutler has gotten the green light to return from his concussion. Jets CB Darrelle Revis is ? for Week 6. The Cleveand Browns have named QB Colt McCoy the starter for Week 6.

Week 5 Monday Night Football Preview and Pick:
Minnesota Vikings vs. New York Jets Pick (8:35PM EST) - 10/11
Week 5 Gameday Notes: Rumor has it that Jags WR Mike Sims-Walker is on the trading block. Rams WR Mark Clayton suffered what appears to be a serious knee injury. The GB Packers took a beating Sunday with injuries to QB Aaron Rodgers (concussion), DE Clay Matthews (hamstring) and TE Jermichael Finley (torn meniscus). Lions WR Calvin Johnson sustained a shoulder injury and will likely miss week 6. The Lions have a bye in week seven so it would make sense for them to sit him this week. The injury is either a sprain/separated shoulder. (unknown at time of print). There's whispers out of Cleveland that Colt McCoy may start if the team doesn't sign a veteran QB. He looked horrible in preseason, so this is big news if he does start. - 10/10

Trades: It's official. Randy Moss has been traded to the Minnesota Vikings for a 3rd round pick in the 2011 NFL draft. The Buffalo Bills have traded RB Marshawn Lynch to the Seattle Seahawks for draft picks. - 10/6
Post Week 4 NFL Notes: Eagles QB Mike Vick is likely out with rib cartilage issues. Kevin Kolb will start. Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger will return to his starting position in Week 5. Bears QB Jay Cutler says he will play Sunday vs. the Panthers despite suffering a concussion in the Bears SNF game vs. the NYG. . LOL: Did anybody see Chuck Cecil give the refs the finger in Week 4? F'n HILARIOUS! It's even more funny if you remember what kind of player Cecil was on the field. Dude is downright ferocious and while giving the refs "the finga" isn't very classy, it's somewhat f'n hilarious.

Pre Week 4 Player Report: Ravens RB Ray Rice WILL play this weekend. Texans TE Owen Daniels and WR Andre Johnson will both be gametime decisions. Pats RB Fred Taylor is likely to miss the MNF game vs. the Phins. Expect BenJarvus Green-Ellis to be the starter. Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno is likely OUT for Sunday's game. Lions RB Jahvid Best is expected to play despite a slight case of turf toe. The Browns are likely to announce their starting QB on Saturday night. Chargers RB Ryan Matthews will start this week. Rams RB Steven Jackson is questionable and will be a game-time decision.
