Choosing a Sportsbook

Before you bet on sports, you need to decide which sportsbooks you going to play at. Notice I said "sportsbooks" PLURAL as in more than one. It's not necessary but is highly recommended as there are many benefits to doing so that we're about to cover.
This is a very important move on your part because if you select the wrong bookie it can cost you in more ways than one. What we mean by this is that some "books" are more expensive to play at (higher betting odds or worse lines) and on the down side you want to make sure your not playing into a shop that's going to snag your loot and disappear overnight.
Not all online sportsbooks have the same pricing of odds and some don't even offer the same betting lines. (Most are very similar though.) Hence why it's a good reason to have more than one. Each time you consider placing a bet, it's best to compare odds between at least two or more sportsbooks. You'll almost ALWAYS find the best pricing online at Pinnacle Sportsbook (Sorry, they don't accept Americans) as they offer reduced juice wagering. (In summary, their bet prices are always "on sale" so to speak.) Another place offering varying "not the norm" lines/odds is Bodog as they offer some tremendous underdog lines. Both are well established, trustworthy and leaders in the online sports betting industry.
As noted above, you also want to make sure that the booking corporation your sending your cash to isn't going to disappear overnight with your money. While most that operate on the internet are fair, honest and operate with integrity, there are indeed some bad apples out there that you want to avoid that don't have your interest as their best interest.
