One of the more valuable wagers in all of sports betting is the NFL season wins wager. This bet allows you to take an "over" or "under" position on how many games an NFL team will win throughout the regular season. (Playoffs are NOT included)
The reason these bets are of such value is because they are created/based on public perception. Good teams are almost always given more credit than they SHOULD get and bad teams are never given as much credit as they SHOULD get. The reason for this is that often times bad teams get better and good teams lose players in the off season due to all those "great" players who "got them there" asking for big bucks causing the team to not be able to afford their services.
With that being said, one of our favorite things to do is to find the worst teams from the previous season and if they've made some acquisitions and/or had a good draft, we'll make a bet on them often times resulting in a winning betting ticket! We suggest you do the same!
