Ibrahimovic to Barcelona and Eto'o to Inter

It looks as if the deal is done, as in an exchange of world class strikers Zlatan Ibrahimovic will head to Champions League winners Barcelona and Samuel Eto'o will head to Italy Series A champions Inter Milan.
After a deal with Manchester City did not go through it looked as if Eto'o would be staying put at Barcelona, but according to reports from the Spanish press that is not going to happen. The Spanish press has reported that the heads Inter and Barcelona met late Thursday evening to discuss the deal and an agreement was come to around midnight.
In the deal Zlatan Ibrahimovic will join Barcelona and Inter will part with €40 million Samuel Eto'o, and Alexander Hleb. Hleb will join Inter on a loan spell.
The Spanish press reported that Ibrahimovic wanted to play for Barcelona next season. After that came out Barcelona contacted Eto'o and the striker green-lighted the deal.
When Barcelona's negotiations to get David Valencia all but fell through they contacted Inter to arrange an emergency meeting. Barcelona head coach Pep Guardiola requested to the head of the team that they get a deal done ASAP.
It has also been speculated that Ibrahimovic will take a pay cut to play for Barcelona and it has also been speculated that the deal will make sure that he does make more then Barca superstar Lionel Messi. Eto'o has reportedly demanded that he be paid €13 million per year from Inter and wants a contract for a period of five years for €65 million.
