Logo for name?

This might be the stupidest question in the world... but I have delayed asking and have looked around this whole site. I'm new here, so I don't feel soo awful asking.. but I noticed a lot of you have little logos or picture clips next to your names.

How the heck do I make one for myself?? :conf:
