NFL Football Picks
The NYJ appear to be really bad again. One would imagine they’ll get better as the season goes along but they’re flunking with regards to the stat sheet and the eye test. They couldn’t beat a Niners team at home that got depleted of all their top players. That speaks volumes about how bad this team might be. But can the Indianapolis Colts cover a -10.5 spread? Read Loot’s pick analysis here!
In one of the tougher point spreads of Week 3 NFL, the Washington Redskins head to the Dog Pound to play the Cleveland Browns. We kinda thought the Washington Football Team were going to be this season’s surprise, however, they went into Arizona last week and got waxed, leaving us to wonder “who are these guys?”… The Browns held on in a close game vs. an up and coming Bengals team. From an NFL betting standpoint, this is probably a game to avoid, but Darin gives you his take anyway!
Will the Dallas Cowboys ride the momentum of last week’s huge come from behind win or will they play weak football for most of the game like last week? The Seahawks come off a huge win over the Patriots where they won on a last second goal line stand. See how Loot thinks this exciting Week 3 Sunday afternoon game will play out here!
With the Minnesota Vikings looking putrid in Week 2 against the Colts, oddsmakers have come out with a very slippery line of +2.5 vs. the Titans. Beware! This is one of the nastier sucker bets you’ll see this season. The Vikings are a completely different team at home and the Titans aren’t playing that great themselves.
So many question marks here! The Bears got down huge in Week 1 vs. Detroit and came back to win. They let the lowly Giants back in the game last week. Is this team horrible, average or good? Can the Atlanta Falcons recover after their huge onside kick debacle last week against the Cowboys? It’s helter skelter this week when the Bears head south to Atlanta! Get Jay’s Week 3 pick on this matchup of two teams that resemble a fart in a whirlwind!
Week 3 Thursday Night Football presents us with an oddball matchup when the Miami Dolphins head to TIAA Bank Stadium to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. With both teams viewed as league doormats, it’s a bit odd that the NFL chose to feature this game. The bad news is the game may be somewhat uninteresting to most. The good news is we have an opinion on the spread!
Week 3 MNF is upon us! Tonight’s spread indicates a close game but West think’s different! Get his Best Bet Winner here!
If you think the low Week 2 point spread of the Packers at -6 is a bit suspicious, you would be correct. It’s likely because the Lions have beaten Green Bay four times in the last six matchups. With no fans in the stands, another Detroit cover isn’t out of the question, or is it? Aaron Rodgers is 15-5 against the Lions in his career. See how Ted is betting this NFC North clash!
Week 2 Thursday Night Football is upon us and we’re blessed (who scheduled this one?) with the battle of Ohio when the Cincinnati Bengals travel to Cleveland to take on the Browns. Both teams come in winless after Baker Mayfield and Co. got smoked by the Ravens and the Bengals had a decent home field showing vs. the Chargers. Get Loot’s take on this battle here!
The Tennessee Titans head back to Nissan Stadium for their home season opener against a Jacksonville Jaguars team that surprised the world by knocking out the Indianapolis Colts last week. With a team only being as good as their last couple games, the Jaguars getting zero respect, this being an in-conference game and a two score spread (+9), we may be in for another barn-burner! Get Loot’s Jax/Ten point spread winner here!
