Player Chart:

__________________________________________________ ______
Player Advantage vs. Dealer Up Card
The first two columns in this odds chart explain the dealer's chance of busting, depending on the up card that he is showing. You should note that the dealer has the highest chance of busting when he is showing a 5. The third column in this chart shows the player advantage of using basic strategy, compared to each up card the dealer is showing. You can see that the player has the highest advantage of 23.9%, when the dealer is showing a 5. When the dealer is showing any card that is 9 value or higher, the player is in the negative advantage range.

Dealer Up Card Dealer Bust % Player Advantage %
2.........................35.30%.................. .. 9.8%

4.........................40.28%.................. .. 18.0%

thats a little dangerous isnt it HD chasing it like that?

I only say because what happens when you get to split/double down situations when by all accounts you should take the opportunity yet your chase is so high, it becomes an adventure.

what would be the max you would have to bring to the table to cover the most imaginable losing streak, say a 10 minimum bet table.

take $500.00 to a $10.00 table.

I will only let it get to 4 in a row loss!

$10.00 table

bet 10 L 10
bet 20 L 30
bet 40 L 70
bet 80 L 150

Above doesn't include any split or DD.

If you cant beat the dealer in 1 outta 4 hands, then it just isn't your day!

If you flat bet:

bet 10 L 10
bet 10 L 20
bet 10 L 30
bet 10 & W, L 20

If you chase:

bet 10 L 10
bet 20 L 30
bet 40 L 70
bet 80 & W, W 10

Above doesn't include any split or DD

weekend? lol

how many tables did you use that weekend? how long did you play BJ that weekend?

BJ is a marathon game. I once spent 24 straight hours in a casino and 75% of my time, was on a BJ table.

When you play, do you watch what others at your table do? (like take hits when you wouldn't)
Did you ever get hot, and when the dealer gets changed, get up and go to another table?
Did you flat bet?
Did you bet erratically?

If you can win at least 1 outta every 4 hands, and play 100 hands bettin' $10.00, you go +$250.00. Odds are, you would make more than that chasing, if you, and everyone else at the table, knows how to play!

Today, high-limit blackjack tables are ready for the card counter with "continuous shuffle machines." After every hand the cards are immediately returned to the shuffle; each new hand is effectively dealt from a new deck, making counting useless. Lower-limit tables typically aren't worth such expensive countermeasures, especially when many would-be card counters have no idea what they’re doing.

LOL I was joking. kinda.

I spent 60% of my time at the tables and the other watching march madness. truth be told sportsbetting put me in the hole and i broke even in BJ.

I flat bet always. 25 bucks everytime. I figured I was there to enjoy the company of my best friends whom we dont get to see each other but once a year so while they are jumping from 10 dollar tables to 25, we try to sit together at a table so really I am always covered for minimum bet in any case. It was more important to me that I play with them sitting and drinking and having a good time together rather than being at a "hot" table and around strangers. They know how to play also so if we are all at the same table I dont have to worry about a player messing up the table. but often we are all scattered due to crowds, space or some of us interested more in the bball games. I know the goal should be to win and make money but really I am fine with company of buddies and drinking but its not out of the question to also win at the same time right?

but case in point, I do watch what others do, i see a dumbass and I "try" (i say try because i dont always do it) to get up and leave or hope he leaves. I stick to basic strategy and I firmly believe tho this doesnt make you rich it doesnt put you in the poor house either.

Ive seen almost everything imaginable, i've hit 10 in a row, I've lost 8 in a row, so nothing surprises me.

but I am always open to hear new advice or new strategies

having fun with your friends and winning at the same time would be perfect, but for now I'll take just having fun with your friends.

A couple months ago, I went +$800.00 in BJ within a month or so, on an online sportsbook/casino(advertised here), playing maybe an hour or 2 a day, 3 or 4 times a week. I was betting $5.00 per hand and chasing it to a max of 4 loss in a row. Then I hit the 4 loss in a row (-$75.00) so I quit for the day. I went back a couple of days later, and lost the very 1st 4 hands I played(-$75.00), so I quit again.
The next day, I went on there and flat bet $5.00, I lost or tied 20 hands in a row?
WTF? I went over to the roulette wheel and bet red, it was black. I bet red 10 times, and it was black 10 times in a row. So I went to the baccarat table and bet the dealer, it came up player, so I bet the dealer again, it kept coming up player or tied until I finally gave up. Went to the craps table and bet the field, after multiple bets I never hit there either!
I lost some 50 bets in a row that night and wiped out my winnings.
Crooked as fuck, after I went up $800.00, they set my account so payout would be 0%. I will NEVER bet at that online casino again!

Yeah, you should check the casinos you play in before you start to play. I always search for info on the net before I play.

I have multiple sportsbooks, and do the casinos at all them. I know they are all tight, but I have a system I use. This shit was crooked as hell, and I will not enter that casino again.

Enter the Blackjack Table:

lay 5
if it loses lay 10
if it loses lay 20
if it loses lay 40
if it loses Quit!

if you win any1 of the 4 hands above, exit the blackjack table and goto any1 of the following:

craps table and bet the field
baccarat table and bet banker/player (stick with whatever you choose, if you choose banker, you will need to up the ante if you lose, because the payout is less)
roulette wheel and bet red/black low/high even/odd (stick with whatever you choose)

Chase (5-10-20-40) whichever game you chose above, as soon as you win, return to the Blackjack Table and start all over!
