LOL, i can't disagree, although Toronto's is worse right now IMO.

Texas would have won in 9 if not for the error by Blalock, and the 10th would have been less exciting if not for the error by Young.

The main problem for Texas was that they let guys in too long today. They let Millwood in after he started to get hit, and tried to squeeze the extra inning out of Eyre and he gave up the 2 run homer in the 8th. Just my opinion, but better pitching management may have made that game a little less interesting, LOL

    At least it won

Hank the loser Blaylock makes me wanna :puke:

1 good year, and now he'll play lackluster baseball and be overpaid till he's 40...

    Pittsburgh Pirates -145
    Philadelphia Phillies -109
    Colorado Rockies +111
    Arizona Diamondbacks +115

    2 units each

Still having a real hard time pulling the trigger on KC on the road and not getting + money to do it. My problem is that while they do seem to have a huge pitching advantage, they still suck on the road, and Seattle has heated up the last few days. KC should be +115 or +120 in this game really, so I don't like the value of the pick at -105 or even +100.

Also was originally looking at the White Sox, but it looks like a sucker bet to me....even though Anaheim has only 1 road win, and Weaver did his best immitation of his brother last time he pitched, lol

That line has come down over 30 cents at some books with the public pretty strongly on the Jays. The best I see now anymore is +108 (Pinnacle) and Olympic has gone all the way to TEX -105.

What's funny is that Millwood has a bad career record vs TOR and Chacin good vs TEX, but those were previous teams, as he didn't even face TEX last year. IMO stats lie, and Chacin/Jays pen is ripe for a shelling this afternoon. Texas is starting to hit (it was only a matter of time), and the Jays have squat in the bullpen.

My bet isn't based on Millwood being some kind of lights out stud, but rather on the entire Texas team. I'd take 6 or 7 IP from Millwood with about 3 or 4 ER, because IMO that should be plenty to get it done today. Can't see Texas scoring less than 4, and if it goes to the pens, Texas has a huge advantage IMHO.

started a topic MLB Saturday 4/28

    MLB Saturday 4/28

    ytd 99-107 (-10.69 units)

One of these days the late inning losses by teams who had led the entire game will hopefully stop. Between Detroit and San Diego (2 teams you DON'T expect to blow a pair of 2 run leads late, I lost 9.08 units alone on those 2 games)

    For today:

    Texas Rangers +115

I believe sharp money already hit this line hard, and anytime I can get Millwood vs Chacin at this price, with a really suspect bullpen backing Chacin, who never seems to go more than 5 or 6 at the most, I'll give it a shot. Who knows what to expect out of either offense here, but I believe Texas has the pitching advantage....

    Cleveland Indians -129

O's on the road vs a tough lefty, 2 spots where I've faded them in the past with much success. Bedard blows this year.

    2 units each

I got these both now because I believe both are horrible lines and will both move against me if i wait.
Working...
