Thanking my lucky starts that the Tor bats pulled out yesterday's win, because Lauer gave up more runs in that one game than he had done all season at home! (or it felt like it at least!) LUCKY WIN!
Today I'm on the NYY/CWS OVER 8.5. The line is actually 9, but I'm buying a half run for an extra 25 bucks to make it -135.
Both teams are hitting well, both pitchers are vulnerable, Martin's command is NOT good right now. The wind is blowing out 13mph to RF and we should see 50% of the bats left handed today.
Warren is NOT a good road pitrcher, as evidenced by his 6.09 ERA away from Yankee Stadium.
I am a bit concerned about Robert going on the DL, but there's enough meat on the bone here to feel good about the game going double digits. The Yankees are hitting really well and may score 9 runs on their own!
