Actually it's practically a new computer....and both of my computers are equally slow when it happens, and both work fine any other time. My DSL just acts up sometimes and everything is slow as hell, and then all of a sudden it goes back to normal speed on its own. Restarting the modem and/or router makes no difference either. I don't know why it happens, but it's a pain in the ass.
