I closed out the WNBA regular season on a W, putting my record for articles and the forum at 53-51.
That puts me down about three units from juice and I have one outstanding play, Minnesota to win the championship.
For my first playoff game pick I'm going do something I haven't done all season, something I try to avoid - parlays.
So why am I doing one now?
Because I just don't see Indiana or Seattle advancing.
Not against better teams, teams who are playing at home.
But I also think that at least one of the two teams might keep it close. So I started thinking about different options.
I could do an If bet - take the early game with Atlanta ATS.
If they win, bank it and lay off the late game.
If they lose, look to recoup the unit lost by betting on Vegas in the late game.
Next I looked at a teaser.
I can get both Favs down to about -2 /-3 at about -130 to win 100.
But I can take them on the money line for just 13 cents more .
And that's what I did.
ATL and Vegas, m/l parlay at -143.
