What jumps out at ya just looking at the lines. One jumped out at me and thad would be Cincy over Balt. Public perception would be Balt but Cincy is 3 to 3 1/2 fav. I feel alot of action will be on Balt and we should see atleast 1/2 to 1 pt drop if not more by game time. When I don't understand a line, it usually pans out. There are a few I don't understand and will try to figure out this fiasco by Sept. Good luck to all of us this season. Yes, even you Snow. LOL
