Yeah....that Yashin **** is hilarious. His tool agent is claiming they are surprised everyone is lowballing Yashin? They guy got bought out for a billion dollars, there are huge questions regarding his heart, and he is definitely on the downswing of his career. He wants to win the lottery twice? Sorry...there's only one Milbury. Why wouldn't he sign a modest 2 year deal at 2 million per and try and build up his reputation in a new atmosphere? Boggles the mind...

if they land Souray I would agree on paper the sharks would look scary. They still have all the Marleau rumours swirling tho so im curious what's gonna be done with him. I can see him trying to land Briere/Drury money next offseason and he's not gonna get that in SJ with Thornton making what he is. I think they're trying to cut bait with him asap.
I know they're my team and all but I really like what Nonis has done with my nuckers. He's built up the farm and finally has some assets to play. We're set at goalie and our defence from top to bottom may be the best in the league at the moment. Not on top end talent but in terms of balance. So many rumours here. I've heard Ohlund/Morrison/prospect for Elias, heard similar for Gionta. I've heard Bourdon/1st or 2nd rounder for Pominville tho I can't see the sabres giving up anymore offensive talent with the losses they've already had. I've heard we're sniffing around higgins and ryder out of montreal. Yashin was supposedly on the radar but seems he wants money like he was making on the island, what a turd this guy is. Lindros rumors, and god help us Allison rumours. The forsberg rumours never die. I don't know what we'll end up with but look for my nucks to make some big moves before the offseasons done.Leave a comment:

lmao....LAK sign Lubomir Vishnovsky to a 5 year deal. Hope old Lou baby knows he signed Vishnevski not Vishnovsky. But hey, he only missed out on a really great player by 1 letter....lol.
As far as Emminger, i think that teams were waiting to sign the big names before they signed off on the other players to see what kind of cap room they had left. I think that in the next week to 2 weeks you will see a lot of the "role" type guys start getting deals and extensions as just about everyone has been signed that could be termed an "A-list" player. Souray is still out there and Forspussy, but i don't think he is coming back.
Souray looks like a done deal to the Sharks. Wow, is that PP gonna be something if he puts up numbers like he did in MON. I would have to make SAN "on paper" the team to beat next year. ANA will have cup hangover just like the rest of them always do. I don't see anyone better than SAN on paper right now.

Not sure the Rangers will be giving up 13 a game with both big signees Gomez and Drury known to be responsible in both ends of the ice, a team defence that was an impressive 6th best in the league 5 on 5, a respecible 12th ranked PK, a Vezina nominated goaltender in Lundqvist, and a defensive guru coach in Tom Renney! LOL. But yeah, point taken...Jagr & Shanny aren't exactly the second comings of Gainey and Carboneau.

lmao....Shanny back to the NYR. Final scores of NYR games this year should be about 15-13. Shanny reminds me of that guy on your men's league hoops team where everyone else is fighting for the defensive rebound and you look up and he's at center court with his hand up for the outlet pass.
