Received a confirmation email from sportsbook today that my earliest pending withdrawal from June 5th has been processed and on it's way.

I appreciate the kind words Kevin.

I just received an email that my ACH withdrawl from playersonly was sent and should be in my account within 7 days. Still nothing from sportsbook.

    Rhinestone,

You are the last guy on this site that I will let get screwed. You will be paid. It sure sucks how long it's taking though.

If you look at the last 10 pages of that linked thread on the first page, a lot of people are getting checks now. Hopefully we will get paid in a couple weeks!

    UPDATE:
Nothing yet from sportsbook.com, but playersonly.com (not sure if they are owned by sportsbook, but I know they have the same poker room) emailed me stating they have a processor using direct deposit into my checking account. Will post again when the funds hit my account or if anything changes with my pending sportsbook withdrawls.

Received one of these emails for each of my pending withdrawals yesterday..
At least they are communicating...better then nothing I guess...

A quick note on the status of your pending withdrawal for $2,500.00, submitted on 6/5/2007.

    It's coming.

And we apologize for the delay. As you may know, we've been bringing in new processors--and working out new policies and procedures with existing ones--in order to get you your funds as quickly and securely as possible. As you have experienced first hand, this has slowed things down temporarily.

But, your cash is safe - as it always has been. And it's coming; we have just recently approved and rolled out several new processing partners which will speed the process up to a level which you deserve. We really have appreciated your patience during this time, and I can assure you I'll drop you a note as soon as I have the confirmed mailing date for your funds.

This delay has been frustrating for all of us; but thankfully there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I'll be in touch again soon.

I had an account once at 5dimes, but have not played there in a while. I read good things about the book on this site though...

Rhine, do you play at 5Dimes at all? Is it a lot better than sportsbook?

I agree. It's not so much that my money is stuck (all books are having issues) it's the vague answers and in some cases lies that are told saying that they money should be on its way shortly, when in all honesty they have no idea when the withdrawl will clear.

It probobly won't stop me from playing at Sportsbook, but I probobly will never deposit again. Play with what I have, make a withdrawl if I am doing well, and find a local as soon as I go busto.

I have been a LONG time customer of Sportsbook and in general have liked them. Since the change in ownership due to the legal issues, withdrawals have definitely been long, but if you limit your withdrawals to 1000 to 2000, it speeds up. My last two withdrawals came from different banks (in two different countries). There have been lots of hurdles to leap for them.

Be patient is the only thing I can say.....

    Agreed.

I too would rather be told 30-25 days than 7-10 if that was the case. All it does is raise anxiety to be told one thing and have another happen.

We've spoken to their management and the word is new payment processors are in place once again to help speed up the situation.

I hope they get this fixed once and for all. Their a great book. Just a big hump to get over here.

    Kevin,
I am definately not trying to turn this into a thread like the one above that was linked. I am just trying to keep Vic and others up to date on what is happening. I'm confident I will see the money sooner or later. One thing I don't like is that they still say 7-10 business days.. If they know they are having issues they should be honest with the time frame.
