Sakara was the biggest fail of a hype train I have ever witnessed in UFC history.
It was such a failure it never even fully materialized to where the public even knew it was a pathetic attempt to bring fast hands into the ring. I can't believe they are still letting him fight.

    Oh well.
I won't be watching but GL on your picks, whichever way you go.

Thanks bud, I appreciate it. I actually haven't heard of Sakara, so I'll have to do some research!!

Going with Diego Nightmare Sanchez this fight. You never know what you're going to get with Kampmann - rarely has a plan going into the ring. Many think he should have beaten Jake Shields (and thus onto GSP), but if you watch the fight, it looked like he had plenty of chances to finish that in the final round. I think Sanchez continues the rise up the ladder after fight-of-the-night honor in his last fight vs Paulo Thiago. He's went back to his roots, and now has Greg Jackson in his corner. Both have great cardio, but me likes Nightmare as a doggie!! Diego Sanchez +115 for one unit.

Good luck fellas. Looking forward to the card tonight!!! :beerbang:

        Sakara got shut out 30-27
I can't believe the line was even that close.
Any time you see him fighting, bet against him.

It was the UFC's first attempt to expose a boxer.
The guy was some Italian Interim belt holder and they played like he was some elite undisputed world champ to attract more TapOut bros...

It was a cheap shot at boxing and Sakara failed so miserably that no one ever really even caught on except for the boxing community, because we barely knew who he was until he got into the UFC.

Interesting, I will have to read more up about him.

My Diego Sanchez bet went through. I didn't get to watch it, but will watch the replay here shortly. From what I heard, again Kampmann had the ability to close him out as Sanchez was pretty bloodied but couldn't again do so. Though mmajunkie had it 2-1 Kampmann, no one was really surprised except for Kampmann, his corner, and his backers. Though uncertainty when brought to the judges is always a factor. Gotta finish the fights!!!

Anyway, a win is a win!
