I mean I'd think it has to be some sort of banned substance for him to cut down in weight. I have been hearing that he'd been having a tough time cutting weight. I guess, however, the Pennsylvania Athletic Commission is strict (so says Rogan) to where that info will only become public if he releases it. However, will Strikeforce let him fight because they're now owned by Zuffa???
