i welcome the opportunity to lose again but it won't do much for my self confidence to take another one up the ass. so if i do get back in, whoever i play should let me win

This is what I was thinking. I think it's only right to let those who won in the first round have every chance to continue to play, although the OSU/Xavier game is going to have to be an automatic loss for those posted late, and we can't wait much longer.

Anyone who hasn't posted by the tip off in the Butler/Maryland game will have to be replaced by those who posted that lost in round 1....starting with the one with the most wins in round 1 and continuing down until every slot is filled. There's just no way we can have like 6 forfeits out of 16 matchups or whatever it would be at this point. That would just suck....and we'll have guys scoring like 10 of 16 and losing to ones who had 11 of 16, and then guys advancing by forfeit that had like 7 or 8 of 16.

Even worse is if BOTH of the guys paired up in the bracket don't post in this round, and someone then gets an automatic pass from the sweet 16 to the elite 8 next round. That would REALLY not be right.

I wasn't really in love with the idea of letting people back in, but at the same time, we can't have everyone winning by forfeit. I didn't like it in the first round, and I especially don't like it now where a free pass could just about put someone in the money.

We need one more poster to at least fill the brackets....

I am going to give the winners every possible chance to post, but at this point you're going to have to take a loss on the Xavier/OSU game and go from there, unless you're in within the next 5 minutes or so.
