Purdue Saturday

A few things.....

1. Purdue is just off beating 2 top 10 teams for the first time in history back to back.
2. Purdue is playing on the road vs undoubtedly the worst team in the Big Ten.
3. The line in this game opened at -9. Ohio State was -8 at NW on Thursday. Mich State at home was -18.5 on Feb 9th. This line looks like a teaser line.
4. Most importantly Purdue plays heated rival and 3rd place IU on Tuesday in Bloomington. This is a classic look ahead game.

Cannot say if I will play NW, but I am guessing I might at least play them small in the first half. I am just hoping PU does not lay a complete egg.....

To reiterate how screwy this line is....

NW is 0-11 in the Big 10 and has not lost by less than 10 in conference all year....and that was to Michigan the 10th worst team at NW.

there are 100 games to bet on for Saturday and i would think there are better ones than this one, IMO. And since when did we need to start threads on Fridays to specifically discuss a PUR line for Saturday....:dunno:
