Hey stif, trying to understand your last post, when you say 'squares' do you mean the "the people in the know" so to speak.. or do you mean the people who take the underdog? I've always thought it was the former, but could be wrong.

Also how do you know 62% are on Penn this game?

When I say squares, I mean the general public. Doesn't matter if they take the fave or the dog, just the general consensus of the public.

Did I miss something? He didn't use the "L" word, and didn't really post anything outrageous (except the unit size), so I don't get what all you guys are jumping down his throat.

Funny movement in this game. Everybody and their grandma is on Penn St, yet the line moved up from +3 to +4.5. Any other year I'd be all over Michigan, as the public being 62% on a dog has always (in the past, not this year, as the squares are cashing at an alarming pace this year in CBB) been almost an auto cash on the fave, especially when there is a pretty strong line movement against the public as well.

But like I said, the squares are on fire this year, so I'm passing.

my thoughts are this

Penn St is not a team to be playing against right now
especially BIGGEST PLAY OF THE YEAR TYPE PLAYS

if not not mistaken they just went into MICHIGAN ST and handed them a loss on their floor
no reason why they can't do it against MICHIGAN


this is a hungry basketball team
with talent ..

i wouldn't be messing around with Penn St right now like that

Well It's kind of like this. It's call the forum Jinkes. When somebody names a play like biggest game ever or Game of the year or Bet the house farm wife and dogs or Easy Money. So a long time ago we kind have a house rule not to name plays or start a thread it grabs attention. Yes the forum is for sharing information. No the forum is not for follow me I got a big play today thing. That is why you see most threads started out with Thursday's Plays or 2/5 CBB something simple. If you post people will read it. So kept on posting have fun and relax. And the Red Phone saying is from another forum we use to post at.
