    This here NCAAB!!

    Last year I did horrendous in college basketball, but pretty nice in the tournament. Picking and choosing, hopefully with some writeups when I get a chance.

    YTD: 0-0

    Tuesday:

    Boston College Eagles -5.5 for 2 units

    BC 6-3 straight up and ATS against NC State last several years.

      Thanks JoePa... actually my name is my initials AK "at" Drake. Yes, I was at the game in 2008 vs Western Kentucky when our heart was broken. /gahhhhh

      St. Johns +2.5 for 2 units. Basic play here - high-ranked team in the country only giving 2.5 and public on them 73 percent? Eek.

      Florida St. +7.5 for 2 units. Another here with the public on Duke, #1 team in country and public at ~60 percent.

        This is me at the bottom right, March 21, 2008. Friends with, and Chris Hovan - NFL DT. He was playing for the Bucs at the time and sat right behind us. This was at halftime.

          This was the result of the game... I'm sure you remember this if you remember anything about that tournament. At the end of regulation, senior PG Adam Emmenecker drove to the hole and got stuffed, even though our outside shooters were having great days. We had come from something like 16 down in the second-half to tie it.

          Emmenecker drove to the hoop in overtime and got fouled, sank a couple of free-throws to take the lead. I looked at my buddy to the left of me and both of us said simultaneously, "too much time on the clock." This is when Ty Rogers broke our hearts because of absolutely NO pressure on the in-bounds or ball-handlers.

          Keep in mind, this stadium was rooting Drake Drake Drake the entire second half - when we came back down double-digits. The St. Petersburg Forum was completly in blue except for one, ONE, tiny section of Red Hilltopper fans.

              AK, Remember it well......sorry about that, just one of those "shots heard round the world" that ya never seem to get out of yer head. Man, Hovan looks like he ate one of your friends or something!

                      Nailed Iona last night.

                      Up early today for some games. Got Marquette/Louisville and taking the unders. Lots of stats supporting overs for Marquette. Very early game. Both teams high-octane. Going against the grain today. :thumbs:
