I agree with you. I just didnt agree with how Cuse said FSU is on the bubble and Clemson wasnt even close. Its just my opinion that if Clemson wins their next two games, vs FSU and UNC then they may sneak in. Are they on the bubble? I think they are on the outer edge. I think both teams are, both need miracles.

Once they make it a third time on Thursday, they got a decent chance.

There is no possible way Appalachian State is making it. Something is seriously wrong if they do.

cuse- "your" right, the CAA is choking away bids as we speak. VCU is in and i think ODU is in trouble as they are down 20 right now to GMason. Should GM win that game (not you dookieGMteaserguy- meant GMASON) then i think that ODU and Drexel are toast. You have to consider 1 thing. These semifinal games are almost like "playin" games to the tournament. Drexel had their chance today and didn't get it done. In fact, they were never in that game, much like ODU today. I really don't feel bad for teams that get blown out in their conference tourneys. It's one thing to lose to VCU by a couple in a competitive game, it's another to be down 14 at the half and trail by DD most of the 2H.

I think the midmajors took a step back this year. The MVC and the CAA certainly aren't proving extra merit down the stretch, the MAC really was nothing to write home about.......

Not happening, IMHO. They needed to make it to the conference tourney final in the least I think. Sad for them, but the Southern conference isn't getting two teams unless it's an extreme case and this is close, but not IMHO.

7 from the ACC...The top 6 and Tech, IMO

ILL- no FREEKING way they get in unless they win 2 games in the big10 tourney. The ESPN gamenight crew felt the same way. That schedule they played and their wins are just pure garbage. You would be hard pressed outside of Clemson to find a team that had a worse list of wins.

BRAD- bubble, bubble, bubble....that conference wasn't what it was in previous years and i am not sure they are deserving.

    SWMOST- NIT

PUR- Should be in, definitely in with a win over Iowa. A loss to Iowa in the Big2/little9 get together and it gets very gray IMO

GTECH- needs to beat BC and grab a win in the ACC tourney and they are in IMO.

    FSU- NIT

KSU- needs a win in the big12 tourney...they have only beaten 1 team inside the top 50RPI

TacoTech- should be in with the sweep of TAM and the win over KU. Some ugly losses on that resume. 1 Big12 win and they are in for certain.

SYR- i say they are in unless they have an ugly loss to STJ or whoever they play in the first round of the BigEast tourney. Then it gets a little fuzzier. GT win should have them on solid ground, though.

STAN- really needs a run in the Pac10 tourney. They need to beat somebody there from the pool of the top 4-5 teams. They are the defintion of bubble team, IMO who needs a good showing in their tourney

Colonial- should get 2 teams, IMO.

MWC- deserves 3 teams not 4. That league was top heavy and Utah, CSU, UNM, TCU were flat out horse**** this year. SDSU only winning by 4 at home vs. TCU didn't help them. SDSU needs to make the finals of the conference tourney to get the comittee thinking 4 teams, IMO.

    MICHST- IN

ALA- OUT, OUT, OUT, you just can't go on the road and lose by 30 points all the time, and the Auburn loss at home was a killer. They are losing today by 35 at MISSST.

UGA- OUT unless they make a deep, deep conference tourney run.

UKY- here is an interesting one. They have ZERO wins over top25 teams this year. Swept by Vandy and Florida. I think they get in, but what an unimpresssive SEC they had.

probably some others........i am having a hard time finding 65 quality teams this year. My last teams in are coming down to teams like Bradley, Illinois, Stanford etc.....
Illinois- must beat Penn St. and if they beat Indiana then they are in, if not then they are bubble.

    Bradley- OUT

Kentucky- IN, I don't like it but they will get in.

Clemson- OUT, sad story but they aren't deserving

Florida State- OUT, NIT, wins over Florida and Duke I believe but they haven't done well in the ACC.

Syracuse- win 1 game in tourney and they are in

    Michigan St. - IN

Purdue- must beat Iowa and they are in/bubble

CAA- if VCU wins the title then I like ODU to make it too.

Horizon- if Wright State wins the tourney then Butler is still in

    MWC- they get 3

Appalachian State- OUT, RPI: 60, SOS: 156, it's a tough call, they beat: Virginia, Vanderbilt, VCU, Davidson.

The Colonial is choking away bids here, what a shame. If, and when, ODU loses they could have played themselves into only 1 tourney team if VCU beats George Mason. Drexel and Old Dominion really choked away opportunities thus far.

My league is dyyyyyying..... Come on ODU!!!!!! Don't make me into a fool like Appy State did to Nitts, haha....

I'm gonna do mine tonight or tomorrow morning. So much rides on these Colonial Athletic Conference semifinal games that I don't see much of a point in trying to hash it out now when in 5-6 hours at least a bit more clarity could be very possible.

VCU is dominating Drexel. They are up 10 at half and Eric Maynor only played about 6 minutes and then had foul trouble. I would be pretty shocked if Drexel comes back to win this one. Even though the scoring is relatively low, VCU has really imposed their will and tempo on the game.
