I know there are several NCSU fans that post on here. Can one of you or someon else explain to me why they are a 12 point underdog to the "U" this weekend? Is there something I am missing? I'm a Tar Heel, but I'm thinking about laying some serious money on this line and cheering for the Pack. Seems like State has been coming on lately with two good wins and I just don't understand this line.
