Should be. I have a buddy that works for the University and he said his office usually has 5-6 leftover tickets every weekend, so I'll know closer to game time if I'll be there. I'll let ya know if I'm makin the trip, but I should be.

JoePa- i wouldn't exclude games like TexasTech/UNR and wisconsin/Fresno State....both will be upset alert specials as UNR and Fresno State are both tough at home and will be up for those games.

I would have to say that Kent vs. Delaware State will be pivotal!

I mean the Delaware State Band out dancing, playing and stomping the Kent band and their always out-of-synch flag corps......:laughing:

Actually, I think the pivotal games of the season will be Jacksonville State @ Georgia Tech, Temple @ Army, Appalachian State @ LSU, Charleston Southern @ Miami.....WTF! Seriously though early season games that could impact a team's season are:

Michigan State @ Cal
Kentucky @ Louisville
Cincinnati @ Oklahoma
South Florida @ Central Florida

bo- looking to stay at the residence inn in Columbus. what should i do about 2 tickets. i see they are about 180 apiece on line for chopper goal line seats. you think i can do better on gameday right before kick off? is it worth coming in on Friday night or should we just stay in like Newnan and come in early Saturday AM? where are you staying?

is that golf course worth playing that you guys are playing? always looking for a good course.

We are staying in Auburn. As for the tix I would say at worst it could not be any more expensive on gameday so I would probably wait as I have seen the price go down in the past right around kickoff, I would go in Friday night as the place will be hopping. Just dont get caught without a seat as they will go faster on gameday as well. The course we are playing is top notch one of the best in Alabama. We are playing Grand national. The trail is legendary google Robert Trent Jones Trail.

While the annual Cocktail Party in Jacksonville is always a huge deal for Dawgs and Gators fans, rarely has it garnered the type of national attention that will likely surround the game should both teams maintain their hold in the national-title race. Florida has won 15 of the past 18 meetings, but Georgia seemed to break the hex with an emotional 42-30 win last season.


Headin down to that one this season. Can't wait.

Flyers my buddy is a huge USC fan and has season tickets and managed to get me one for the OSU vs USC game..Should be a good one I have never been to the Coliseum..Where abouts are you in SoCal?
