I dont remember seeing one person even mention that the game had a remote shot of going under. I'd certainly say over was the right call, but at the same time, it was clear navy could move the ball till they got in the red zone, but then they sputtered every time but one. That's not just a coincidence or flukey. Navy apparently just doesnt have enough of a threat that they might pass that deep in the opponents territory if you ask me, and ball sack st was able to crowd the box and blow up navy's running game down there. At least that's how it looked to me....

I saw 18-0 services on that Over. you are right about that.

I might be crazy getting in the middle of this, but I understand what Flyers Fan is saying. It was so logical for the over to hit that all 25 services were on the over. Those same 25 sites probably had New England covering the spread in the Super Bowl last year. I can't explain how that works, but when the overwhelming majority takes one side, it's worth taking a flyer (no pun intended) on the other side. Over time, it pays off.

take a long deep breath BB and go back and read what i wrote...........you're in such a huff to make me wrong........explain to me what part of this you don't understand i will do my best to clarify my statement for you.

.....most of the time when services all line up on a side the play flames out for whatever reason. when i said the under was golden it was in reference to 25-0 tally on services lining up on one side, and when that happens, for whatever reason, the other side usually is golden. which was my point. don't ask me why/how/when whatever...it ends up that way more times than not. i didn't bet the game because i agreed with the play but didn't want to be on the side with that many services.

and no, i didn't waste a friday night watching a game between navy and ball state.....sorry.......which has absolutely nothing to do with my original point.

go back and read my original post. where did i ever say the under was the right side?

Not bitter at all. I lost only 1 unit on it. But the under was hardly 'golden'. It had LOSER written all over it all game.
