It's another way to break hard working Americans. See they use to just bring it to the boarder in a holding lot. Sometimes you would get there early and park over night and the people would cross under the fence and drain the refer tanks on the trucks. They would drain it in to gallon 5 buckets. Then the American truck drivers would get up and no refer fuel to keep stuff cool. Crazy what they do in this country.
