I've done some calculations and based on the current Ray's line up's career vs Lackey they strike out at a rate of 1.08 per inning. Longoria and Gross haven't had ab's vs Lackey, but they strike out at a rate of 3.6/ab and 3.2/ab respectively. This is a higher percentage than the teams 1.08/inning (1.13). Last 3 years Lackey's K/inning has dropped from .875 to .800 to .666 this year. He has hit 5 K's 3 of his last 5 starts and TB has some K prone batters. If Lackey gets to the 7th, this should cash.
