Flubs should be up to face the Dodgers w/ playoff revenge tonight. Flubs hit lefites pretty well, and I like what I've seen from Wells so far. Books have zero respect for this LAD club lately. There's gotta be a reason. Colorado couldn't expose it cause their pitching staff is a joke. Maybe the Flubs will be able to do better. The books seems to think they will, favoring the rookie over the veteran lefty Wolf who is having a fine season.
Braves +110
Braves/Ariz over 8 -110
Looks like a mighty low price for Haren, but he has struggled lately. Braves are hungry for a win, and I think they will be there mentally tonight and get some runs across.
Arizona's struggles haven't been the fault of their offense, for a change, however...so I'm guessing they'll get a few of their own.
In the end, the Arizona pen has been pathetic, and may be the difference tonight if it comes down to a close one late.
For those reasons I like my chances with both the Braves and the over 8.
