Thanks Q & akatdrake! 4-4 +1.6 units, 1st5 do well but lost on totals and chalky parlay. Carmona is likely going to get 1st5 looks all season from me, 1 hit allowed but unfortunately it was a big one...

Way off base with Reds game. Bannister comes through, Romero pushes. gonna roll the dice with another total.....
Phillies/National o10.5-120
3 units
Lean on the Phillies to win, but IMO the line is high for Kendrick. I think it's likely that both teams score 4+, so over it is.Champagne for my real friends, real pain for my sham friends...

Thanks akat! For as many times as 1st5 has saved me, last night full game would have been 4-1. O's Thursday would have been a winner too for game. Problem is it's tough to differentiate between which play is the best option. I will say that when playing KC, 1st5 is the way to go. I just hate those blown saves, but I'll still take the 3-2 day.
MLB 13-16 -5.6 units
I have way too many plays i like, trying to get it down. Leans are
Twins-
Nationals+ (and over)
Cardinals+
Padres+
Cubs+
Phillies-
BlowJays+
Indians/Tigers over
Haren 1st5 (chalky as hell)
Joe Johnson 1st5
RedSox/Royals 1st5 under. Again KC pen issues make a full game under so scary, but I see a 4-3 type game.
Plays that everyone loves
Yankees with CC- scary considering what happened his last outing. Does he correct it on the road and shut down the Rays?
Z- dogged is an automatic play for most. Another fat bastard that got rocked last time out, but the Reds are not the most patient hitters.Champagne for my real friends, real pain for my sham friends...

GL this year on the bases UDoggie!
A stat I find interesting for my Cubbies is when Hill starts behind the plate, they are something like 62-37 (or whatever comes out to a .622 winning % that I just read in the paper and can't even remember anymore :bang:). 2 losses w/pot boy to open the year (though 'pen issues cost them the 2nd game in ATL) and what shoulda been 2 wins w/Hill (if not for 'pen issues again). A game like Thursday where they were +175 or so (I think) should be an auto play if Hill starts IMO (helps that Wells is underrated).
On a side note, I read that going into yesterday's game, the White Sox and Cubs were 1st and 2nd in quality starts over the last 8 or 10 years or however long w/611 and 606 respectively.Moose
