    JML Thursday >>>

Coming off a good day yesterday...but todays card is awful, IMO....I do not like any games, a first for the year....I liked Meche today, but was too busy....I'm throwing a unit on the Jays though...

    Jays +148 (McGowan) vs Indians
Big number here, so what the hell...McGowan had a 1.64 era in 5 starts at AAA, and was our best prospect. Lee coming off the DL for his first start, so who knows what he will have....pretty decent value...for this homer anyway...

    1 Unit

JML- GL!...for what it's worth i agree with you. I couldn't find a play in the contest today i liked other than laying -225 with BOS...lol...so i laid off. GL! with your jays....on kind of a funny side note, a buddy and i were talking about baseball and who hadn't won a world series in a long time. I completely forgot about the Jays winning back to back World Series in the early 90's. I said to him that Toronto had never won one....lol....oops....GL!...

Ahh, the good old days! :beerbang:
Joe Carters Home Run of Wild Thing Williams.
            That Alomar Homer off Eckersley.

"WAMCO" was awesome that one year.
            Devon White/Robbie Alomar/Paul Molitor/Joe Carter/John Olerud.
I think it was the only time the top three players lead the league in hitting from one team (Olerud/Molitor/Alomar).

Great teams...still have my old Alomar jersey somewhere (although a couple sizes too small! LOL). Favourite Jay of all time (tied with George Bell..."ding, dong, it's gone!" LOL)
