Betting: Miami Marlins -103
The market still has yet to adjust to the recent hot streak of the Miami Marlins. They've won six of their last seven games yet are still being treated like a bad team. I'm not insinuating that they've turned the corner and will be a winning team moving forward, but HOT is for real and they're right in the midst of a fire!
The Giants have lost five in a row and the public are backing them at 60%. Baffling! I'll take Mia at almost even odds. Great value!
Betting: Atlanta Braves -120 (half unit 0.60 to win .50)
I'm also betting Atlanta at -120. The Padres have scored a grand total of ONE run over their last three games. I'm a bit baffled why oddsmakers chose to make this line so low while Atl is red hot and SD is ice cold, so am only betting a half unit on it because fishly lines can tend to have fishy results.
