    BOL today and have a great weekend.....brother is feeling good and bored! he's only allowed to walk for 4 minutes a day for exercise right now. Older brother continues to improve and went back to work yesterday on desk duty for 3 weeks. He walks 4x a week for an hour each time out and has lost some needed poundage!
