    August 14th bases with flmmkrz

Noticed I had left out my traditional with flmmkrz tag so I worked it back into the title lol...

Interesting card today as the faves seem to be coming cheap so unless its a big day for the faves im in trouble

Dtrain and the fish - 136 to win 1 unit

The trains flat out stunk most of the season but kims stunk most of his career. Like the chances of the fish hitting kim hard today.

    Mets - 130 to win 1 unit

This one has that we're gonna get moosed feeling all over it. 90% + of the public backing the mets, line not really taking off. Books are either paying out today or we're all gonna be saying if it looks too good to be true it prolly is. I'll be watching late line movement on this one if it takes a step back i'll get out.

Brew Crew - 126 to win 1 unit

Wells has been much better as of late but the brewers have a history of hitting him around. Capuano hasn't been great recently and the cards have hit him around in the past as well but the crew are still a good home squad and wells numbers on the road dip badly so I'll take my shot on the better team and better starting pitcher in their yard.

    Padres - 108 to win 1 unit

Francis is getting tons of love but the padres have hit him well this season and Maddux is a solid home start. The rox have the better bats but with their power negated by the ball park I think it comes down to which team will play the better small ball and the pens will be important in this one, 2 areas the pads have the edge so i'll lay the small chalk with them.

Jays -159 to win 1 unit

At the open price I was laying off this game, at current with the public backing the halos and driving the price down gimme doc and here's hoping the jays bats wake the fawk up. Facing a lefty in their yard seems to be a good spot for them to do it.

I don't know a lot about Albers but really leaning towards the dodgers, anybody know anything about his pitching style?

    GL everyone

well that didn't last long, couldn't convince myself to stay on the mets. Bought it out. Losing a bit in juice but just didn't feel right about the bet in my gut so I had to buy it out.

    Adding instead

    LAD - 140 to win 1 unit

sometimes you gotta trust the gut, hope the rest of you win with the mets and hope the dodgers win as well

        damn gut

-1.4 units on LAD, Tomko stinks
-1.26 units on Brewers, might be time to accept they're in a freefall

        + 1 fish
        + 1 pads
        + 1 jays

        3-2, +.34 units

second guessing costs me a win but it's a + day so I'm happy.
