I'm still working on looking for a prop bet for today, Tuesday 7/15.
While doing so, I realized that unless I get a bad number from the books I'm going to have one prop play for tomorrow in the Ind/NY game.
Looking closer at the Ind/NY game I realized I'm also going to have a play on the Over, for stats/reasons tha,t will be in my article for tomorrow.
When the overnight line comes out I'm jumping on the Over because I fully expect the line to go higher throughout the day.
I could be wrong, but that's my gut feel - it'll go up.
The total on Ind/NY isn't out yet because the Fever are playing tonight, which means that tomorrow they'll be playing in game 2 of B2B's, a spot that usually sees the total go higher
And there's this - these two have already played twice this season.
The first game opened at 170 and closed at 174'.
The second game opened at 167 and closed at 170'.
BOTH games went up, 4' pts and 3'.
I'm not a "I guarantee it!" kind of guy.
I don't know if my 'capping on the Over will be correct, after all, it's sports betting, anything can happen.
But I'm pretty sure the total is going to go higher so if you're going to ride the Over grab it early.
I'll try and update this post with the number I get when it shows up after tonight's game ends.
And I'll post any other plays I have for tomorrow's games in this post.
Note - it's Camp/Kids Day again, with a couple of early start times.
In case anyone's wondering if there are any edges to be taken advantage of or at least considered, here's what I have from last week's Camp/Kids Day games:
Rd Dogs 2-0 ATS.
Hm Dogs 2-0 ATS.
Rd Favs 1-0.
2 Overs, 3 Unders
Back with more . . .
Update:
Total posted at a couple houses, everywhere from 163' to 165'.
With about 50 seconds left in tonight's game Clark pulled up lame, holding the inside of her right thigh, visibly upset, banged her head a few times against the padding on the backboard stanchion.
She just came back from a groin injury. Looks like she might have reinjured it.
This makes it difficult to pull the trigger on the total, not knowing which direction it's going to go if she's a game time decision.
If she is out here are some numbers from the games she missed this season:
4-5 SU
As a Fav 3-4 ATS, 1-1 as a Dog
OV 3-6, 2-3 Ov at Hm, 1-3 on the Rd.
With Clark questionable I can't buy this one tonight.
Their numbers without her are just too brutal on the Ov.
I'll update this tomorrow.
